The Te Papawai Community Pool in Kawakawa will be receiving an upgrade for summer! The pool will be closed from the 10 - 20 December 2018 while a new filtration system is being installed, ensuring clean, clear water over the busy summer months. The Te Papawai Community Pool is a part of the larger Bay of Island Recreation Centre, offering a weights room, squash court and group fitness studio and these will all will remain open during the pools closure, with the weights room soon to be fitted out with a range of new equipment.  So, if you are a regular pool user this might be a great time to get along and try these other options out!
