Last month, Sport Northland and the Northland Sports Coalition brought together leaders from 20 sporting codes for two powerful workshops focused on personal development, good governance, and strengthening the relationship between board Chairs and their organisation’s lead.

We were privileged to have governance expert Martin Snedden lead the sessions. With his wealth of experience as a CE and Chair across multiple sectors, Martin delivered tailored workshops that sparked rich conversations and left everyone with golden takeaways.
